Acclaimed chef Chikara Sono debuts the newest iteration of Kappo Sono, bringing his celebrated kappo dining experience to Midtown inside One Bryant Park while operating as its own independent restaurant. The intimate 16-seat restaurant offers one of New York's most personal Japanese dining experiences, with menus inspired by Japan's traditional 24-season calendar, Nijūshi Sekki, evolving approximately every two weeks to reflect subtle changes in climate, ingredients, and the natural world.
