Who we are

Who we are

We are a multi-lingual media agency that works with some of the most intriguing culturally-minded hospitality brands in the business. We offer our creativity and expertise to restaurants, hotel groups, consumer brands, and entrepreneurs who are seeking representation, branding and concept development, making their voices heard.

At Hall, we place value on the people who work at the agency as well as those we represent. We are collaborative and work as a team having group discussions to fuel our imaginations and enrich our work life. We are understanding of a positive life/work balance and do all in our power to ensure our team members have a healthy mind and body. We work hard and reap the benefits of the agency's and our clients' successes together. Hall is an LGBTQ+ owned agency that has strived for diversity before it was a hashtag.

Hall has been recognized among the industry's leading agencies, earning a place on the Observer PR Power List for three consecutive years (2023–2025) and being named one of Business Insider's Top 15 PR Firms in 2023. These honors reflect our commitment to thoughtful strategy, enduring client partnerships, and work that continues to shape the hospitality industry.

How we do it

Theapproach.

01

Getting to know you

Establishing a personal connection is vital to a successful professional relationship. The initial meeting is a lively getting-to- know-each-other session where we discuss your dreams, goals and desires, and mutually decide if we are a good fit. We schmooze, kibitz, gossip, and maybe even bitch a little. We emerge with one goal: to be the best partners for each other as we travel along the media landscape together. It’s a road with lots of twists and turns, so we spend a lot of hours in each other’s company.

02

Getting to know all about you

With our friends and colleagues in the industry we have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world, tasted thousands of plates of food, drunk vast amounts of wine, spirits, zero proof cocktails, and kombucha, and visited countless farms all with one objective in mind – to learn and experience so we can be the best voice for our clients. We want to experience what your guests and consumers will, so we can properly represent you to the media.

03

Fame that's more than 15 minutes

At Hall, we stop at nothing to get our clients the media exposure they deserve and our cutting edge, out-of-the-box thinking has catapulted our clients to new heights in the media world. We are a supermarket of ideas for journalists and over the years they continue to come to us first to seek information. We are the eyes and ears of our clients and are constantly bringing our ideas to the table and collaborating on how to better achieve our joint goals. Since 1996, we at Hall have guided our various clients through the choppy waters of media and consumer changes; through print newspapers, magazines, television, blogs, e-zines, social media, influencers, podcasts, and google analytics. As you nourish your guests with your skills and hospitality, we nourish the media with information they then use to tout you to the public.

04

And so your story goes on and on

We are proud to say that we have a roster of clients that have been with the agency for many consecutive years. Just as you strive for regulars in your business, we have many repeat guests, too. Our goal is your longevity: to ensure that your business continuously improves and grows… and that Hall improves and grows along with you over the course of a long, successful relationship.
