Named after the traditional Japanese woodworking technique celebrated for its precision and harmony, Kumiko Room pairs its omakase with an extensive beverage program of sake, Champagne, Burgundy, and Japanese spirits, alongside desserts that blend French pastry technique with Japanese flavors, creating one of the city's most refined new sushi experiences.
