Giuk, a new Korean-American restaurant, is set to open in mid-October in Flatiron, connecting the memories, flavors, and traditions of Korea with the energy and experiences of New York. Named for the Korean word 기억 (GIUK), meaning “memory,” the restaurant is inspired by the childhood moments that stay with us long after we leave them behind, and the ways those memories evolve as we grow, move, and make new homes.
