Seed & Spoon

Launched in 2022, Seed & Spoon occupies a unique space - situated in the less-traveled and pristine Northwest corner of Connecticut - it is at once an organic working farm and a place where a lucky few can come for weekend or midweek stays beginning in May and continuing through the end of October. The Seed & Spoon team welcomes up to 10 guests (five parties of two) for farm stays. The five suites are charming and stylish, featuring queen and king-size beds, organic linens, and curated snacks and beverages. Guests participate in activities based on a specific theme or other activities that naturally take place on a farm at any given time. Visitors to this quiet little corner of Norfolk are instantly calmed by the beauty of the landscape that surrounds the farm in all directions.
