A quintessential New York restaurant, Rosevale Kitchen is the first New York restaurant by Las Vegas-based Carver Road Hospitality. The menu of American and French fare with global twists borrows from the immigrant cultures that make up the fabric of New York City. The Rockwell Group-designed room, led by its award-winning president David Rockwell, is a modern interpretation of a classic Theater District eatery, with a curved, ribbed leather ceiling and mirror panels accented by red leather banquettes and brass accents giving off a brasserie feel. Rosevale Cocktail Room, curated by master mixologist Francesco Lafranconi, boasts an innovative cocktail menu.
