Over the decades, there have been many changes to Chinese cuisine, from the way dishes look to the way they taste, but the expression “nihao” has always remained constant. Saying “nihao” allows people to connect - through food, drink, and conversation. The prolific Chinese chef Peter Chang in partnership with the celebrated Chef Pichet Ong, have opened their newest original concept NiHao– paying homage to and celebrating the beauty and diversity of regional Chinese cuisine and culture. Spearheaded by daughter Lydia Chang, the menu features collaborative dishes by Peter, Lisa Chang, and dear friend Pichet.
