After operating as a pop-up for nearly a year Atlanta gets a real omakase only experience with the opening of Mujō in the Fall of 2021. Led by Sushi Chef J. Trent Harris, who’s been behind the counter at New York’s Shuko, and Sushi Ginza Onodera, Mujo will offer two tasting menu options that will feature a curated combination of modern edomae sushi and kappo style hot & cold dishes.
