There is no more apt name for this new sushi bar opening on the jewelry floor of Saks Fifth Avenue than Hoseki, which means jewel in Japanese. Hoseki is the brainchild of Maxwell Weiss, who with his sushi chef and business partner Daniel KIm started Ten Homakase, an in-home omakase service. Hoseki will serve an omakase experience every hour on the hour from 12pm-7pm at a 6-seat counter.
