Meet Renee Guilbault, whose 30 years of hands-on experience encompasses almost every food industry, including large-scale food and beverage operations for global companies. Beyond being an ex-server, she has held leadership roles at Pret A Manger, Google (Bon Appetit Management Co), Compass Group, and Le Pain Quotidien, where she was instrumental in developing revolutionary menus and executing high-volume strategies worldwide. She created Essayer Food Consulting to help food industry leaders run profitable businesses, build high-performing teams, design mouthwatering menus and career opportunities. Renee is a passionate teacher and mentor; that ethos extends to the kitchen. She shares her other passion, teaching people how to cook simple, delicious from scratch-cooking techniques, alongside her uncle, Emmy-award-winning actor Harry Hamlin, on AMC’s new series “In the Kitchen with Harry Hamlin.”
