In Mandarin, Chi translates to “eat” and Nah means “where.” Eat where? Eat from here, Chinah, is a fast-casual homestyle Chinese food experience with locations in the Financial District of Manhattan, and Jersey City. This passion project represents what the four partners grew up eating every day as their multi-generational family sat around the dinner table. While some dishes are recognizable (hi Kung Pao Chicken!) others may not be.
