The relaunch introduces three new dining venues: Lex Yard, an American brasserie led by chef Michael Anthony; Yoshoku, specializing in Japanese kaiseki cuisine; and Peacock Alley, a classic cocktail bar featuring the iconic Cole Porter piano.
