Japanese brand Fufu opens first Tokyo property with private hot springs, garden terraces, and city views.
Fufu Tokyo Ginza is a new 34-room modern ryokan on Ginza’s main boulevard offering rare urban serenity with private hot spring baths in every room—using mineral-rich waters brought daily from Atami—plus terraces, wa-modern minimalist design, and plant-themed suites like the 98-square-meter Premium Suite “Hakusanboku.” The property emphasizes privacy through screened lounges, private dining rooms, and a guest-only rooftop lounge with pine trees and a hot-spring footbath, while dining spans a refined seasonal kaiseki at Ginza Gayu and an intimate eight-seat basement sushi counter, Sushi Ginga. Executive rooms on floors 11–12 have the best views and in-room dining; the two largest rooms can combine into a 300-plus-square-meter suite for four or private events. Service is enthusiastic and highly attentive, aided by butler boxes, and rates start at JPY 115,000, with options including breakfast or half board.
