Featuring

The one-day event will feature unlimited tastings, more than 60 exhibitors and two massive tuna-cutting shows.

Sushi-Con 2026 is returning to New York City for its third consecutive year on Sunday, October 11, at Pier 36 on the Lower East Side. Running from 11am to 5pm, the massive consumer sushi festival will feature over 60 exhibitors offering unlimited seafood samples including bluefin tuna, sea urchin, caviar, and Japanese A5 wagyu. A major highlight of the event includes two live tuna-cutting demonstrations at noon and 3pm, where chefs will break down 400-plus-pound bluefin tunas for attendees to sample. Tickets for the festival go on sale July 22 at 11am, with full-day passes priced at $180 and half-day passes (valid from 2 to 5pm) available for $120.
