Chefs from Washington D.C.'s Michelin-starred Mita and NoMad's Elcielo will personally introduce a unique collaborative menu, dedicating 20% of the evening's proceeds to help vulnerable families rebuild.
Elcielo New York is hosting a one-night-only collaborative dinner on Wednesday, August 19, featuring chefs Juan Manuel Barrientos of Elcielo and Miguel Guerra and Tatiana Mora of Washington D.C.'s Michelin-starred Mita. Titled A Table With Purpose, the $350 per-person family-style feast includes curated wine pairings and personal course introductions by the chefs, with 20% of the proceeds going to the AMAÏ Foundation to support earthquake recovery efforts and vulnerable families in Colombia and Venezuela.
