Fortuna Cucina Italiana, a Wilmington restaurant that opened in May, showcased its seasonal summer menu on WWAY's Good Morning Carolina. Executive Chef Chris Lewnes demonstrated how to prepare the restaurant's Sweet Corn Ravioli, which features North Carolina blue crab, roasted tomato, and lemon butter. Additional highlighted menu items include Ricotta Crostini, Burrata Di Puglia, Heirloom Tomato Panzanella, and a peach cobbler cheesecake. The restaurant serves dinner Monday through Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., and reservations can be booked online.
