Which New York restaurants landed Michelin Stars for 2025?

Featuring

The year brings new two- and three-star restaurants to the list.

At the 2025 Michelin Northeast Cities ceremony in Philadelphia, New York saw major shifts: Sushi Sho rose to three stars, while Joo Ok climbed to two. Existing three-star stalwarts—Jungsik, Eleven Madison Park, Le Bernardin, and Per Se—held steady, as did a robust lineup of two-star venues including Atomix, Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare, and Gabriel Kreuther. Four NYC restaurants earned first-time stars: Bridges, Muku, Huso, and Yamada; many one-star favorites kept their status, from Bar Miller and Cafe Boulud to Semma and Sushi Nakazawa. Awards went to Annie Shi (Sommelier) and India Doris (Young Chef), with green stars reaffirmed for Family Meal, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Dirt Candy, and One White Street. NYC also counts 85 Bib Gourmands, with new entries like Bánh Anh Em, Chalong, La Dong, and Laliko.
