The Condé Nast Traveller x District Top Restaurant Awards celebrated India's top culinary talents at its seventh edition in Goa, highlighting individuals who are redefining the nation's food and beverage landscape. Chintan Pandya was named Global Indian Chef of the Year for bringing rustic, homestyle Indian cuisine to upscale New York City dining through Unapologetic Foods. Additional honorees included Sujan Shetty, who won Mixologist of the Year for innovative cocktail programs in Goa and Hyderabad; the Sahodari Foundation, which received the Spirit of Hospitality Award for empowering the transgender community through culinary training and food businesses; and Koyel Roy Nandy and Avinandan Kundu, who jointly won Chef of the Year for creating a modern Bengali fine dining template at Sienna Calcutta.
