New York marks the tenth location of this sushi restaurant from Chefs/owners Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee, which began in Los Angeles in 2013. Sushi by Scratch is no ordinary omakase spot. The nigiri are infused with original touches to make it a unique chef driven experience that blends a tasting menu with omakase. Looking more like an alchemist's workshop than a sushi ya, the vibe extends to the beverages, including cocktails, sake, and beer.
