Food lover and true epicurean, Athina grew up near Paris in a bicultural family that blended traditional French dishes with the sunny Mediterranean cuisine of Greece. For her, cooking has always been about sharing, celebrating, and creating lasting memories.

After studying literature, languages, and media, she moved into public relations, first working at Phoenix Communication and later at Woki Toki, two Paris-based PR agencies. Inspired by the creativity and high standards of the French gastronomy scene, Athina spent five years working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, restaurateurs, and hoteliers. From shaping reputation strategies to developing tailored, creative PR campaigns, she enjoys turning their vision into stories that resonate with both media and audiences. She recently moved to New York, drawn by the city’s vibrant culinary diversity and history.

When she’s not dining out or cooking in her kitchen, you’ll find Athina drawing and painting—or dancing the night away at traditional Greek festivals.
