Born and raised in Harlem, NY, Aniya is a graduate of Howard University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism. She has experience in PR and communications and focuses on using storytelling to spotlight underrepresented perspectives and bring new, meaningful narratives to the forefront.  Outside of her professional life, Aniya loves to travel and is constantly searching for new places around the world to explore.  When not on the go, you can find her trying new restaurants with friends, immersed in a good book, or discovering new music.
