Niki Ramos

Niki was born and raised on Long Island, New York and has always had an interest in gastronomy. Growing up immersed in her Italian and Puerto Rican culture, her palette was immediately introduced to complex flavor profiles. This led to her passion in exploring other cultures and knack for trying something new.

This love for food has taken her all over America as well as many countries around the world. These experiences furthered her fascination with food and the role it plays in cultural exchange. Her degree in Digital Communication and Media from Northeastern University has given her the platform to work at the intersection of food and culture within the current digital landscape.
