Co-founded by chef Adrienne Cheatham and Stephen Bailey, PPX Club is a new members-only dining society in New York City designed to offer exclusive, bespoke, one-night-only culinary experiences inside private dining rooms of acclaimed establishments. Named after the hospitality code for VIP guests, the club gives members curated menus and direct access to top chefs and sommeliers. Founding restaurant partners include Le Bernardin, Crown Shy, HUSO, One Bryant Park, Tatiana, and Kabawa, with future expansions planned for Miami, Chicago, and San Francisco.
