Chama Mama, the acclaimed Georgian restaurant group, has expanded its New York City footprint with the launch of Let’s Chama, a dedicated artisanal bakery concept now operating in both Bushwick and Chelsea. Located within a massive new 6,300-square-foot space at 81 Morgan Avenue in Brooklyn and alongside the original Chelsea flagship, the bakery showcases the expertise of Executive Chef Nino Chiokadze through a blend of traditional and inventive Georgian treats. Visitors can enjoy signature items like honey-drizzled pastries, savory mushroom pies, and a variety of khachapuri, alongside unique beverages such as fig-vanilla and cinnamon-walnut lattes. By focusing on the rich baking traditions central to Georgian culture, this new venture offers a specialized destination for both quick grab-and-go snacks and sit-down dessert experiences that are being hailed as some of the most creative in the city.
