Celebrated Tokyo sushi master Takashi Saito is bringing his exclusive, multi-Michelin-starred omakase to Sushi Noz on Manhattan's Upper East Side for a three-night residency from November 5 through 7, 2026. Marking his and his team's first-ever collaboration dinner in the United States, the event features six intimate seatings split between the Hinoki Counter with Chef Saito and the Ash Room with Chef Hiroshi Ishikawa, with prices ranging from $1,200 to $1,800 per person.
