Brooklyn's acclaimed Sushi Koju is bringing its highly praised omakase experience to LDV at the Maidstone in East Hampton for four exclusive 18-course dinners this summer. Led by executive chef Kevin Garrison, the single-seating events on select Mondays—July 27, August 17, and August 31—will feature signature dishes like aged King Salmon nigiri and local fluke sashimi, complemented by special sakes and a welcome cocktail. Each intimate dinner accommodates only 10 guests at 7 p.m. for $300 per person, with reservations required online.
