Scoundrel is a one-star MICHELIN French bistro in downtown Greenville, led by chef/owner Joe Cash, celebrated for high-quality cooking in an elegant, brick-and-hardwood dining room with a full bar and warm, attentive service. Reservations are essential, though bar seats are desirable. The menu elevates classics—Caesar salad gets refined touches—while signatures like roasted half chicken with perfectly crispy skin are paired with gnocchi Parisienne and moutarde sauce. Desserts lean upscale-comfort, notably cronuts with pistachio anglaise and crème fraîche.
