McKenna Uhde

McKenna’s fascination with culinary experience in its physical and written forms has allowed her to work as a food and travel journalist with the teams and test kitchens of Food Network, AllRecipes, Eat This Not That!, PBS, SBS Australia, and Australian Traveler Media. She believes that good storytelling is what makes food newsworthy – whether that be through chefs, products, or a well constructed plate. She brings her clients an acuity for culinary innovation, and works to forward the growth of restaurants and brands to become leaders in their communities and beyond.

As a classically trained musician, creative discipline draws her to the fine dining scene most often, though from growing up in the South West and working closely with family farmers in Australia, she is most curious about food at its core and brings insight back to New York from her frequent travels throughout South America and the Mediterranean.
