Maison Sun is a Contemporary Chinese restaurant located in Boerum Hill, Downtown Brooklyn showcasing the cooking of Executive Chef Zhaojin Dai who was born and raised in Shanghai. He is a graduate in engineering from Kansas State University, as well as a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles. His seven course tasting menu encompasses his interpretation of Sichuan and Hunan cuisine.
