Five of the United States' most acclaimed Korean chefs will come together for the first time to present a collaborative dining experience centred on Korea's premium seafood. Held at NARO in Rockefeller Center, the invitation-only K-Seafood Premium Dining & Networking Showcase brings together leading chefs, hospitality professionals, importers, distributors and media to explore Korean seafood through contemporary fine dining.

Supported by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries of the Republic of Korea and the Korea Fisheries Association, the initiative reflects Korea's continued efforts to introduce premium Korean seafood to international audiences through culinary collaboration and cultural exchange.

The showcase forms part of an ongoing international initiative to introduce Korea's premium seafood to global audiences through chef collaborations, culinary exchange and industry partnerships.
