JaBä (slang for eat until full) is a Taiwanese restaurant offering a unique blend of traditional cuisine with modern, seasonal twists. The goal of Chef Tony Inn is to capture the nostalgia of the Taiwanese flavors he grew up with while appealing to a contemporary NYC audience. The 50-seat room will be simply appointed with butcher block tables, black leather chairs and booths, scenic photographs of Taiwan and calligraphy artwork.
