Dootsie’s will be a new Italian restaurant from James Beard Best Chef Southeast finalist and Michelin-starred Scoundrel Chef/Restaurateur Joe Cash. It blends classic Roman pastas with Italian American favorites and includes a hot take on Spaghetti Bolognese, an homage to his grandmother, Dootsie herself, whose version remains a family tradition. The restaurant will feature an open kitchen as well as a glass enclosed pasta room where guests can watch fresh pasta being rolled daily.
