Bonnie Friedman

A third-generation New Yorker born and raised in Brooklyn, Bonnie Friedman has made her home on Maui for 36 years. Her public relations company – Grapevine Productions – marks its 30th anniversary in April 2018. While best known for her representation of chefs, restaurants, food and beverage products, artists, and hospitality clients, she also has experience in the areas of culture, healthcare services, apparel, and architecture. She is a well-traveled and well-published freelance writer; her articles about food, travel, culture, and contemporary art have appeared in numerous Hawai‘i and Mainland-based publications. She co-authored two cookbooks for Ten Speed Press (now Random House) and in 2007 she became a certified Pastry Cook.
