Since 2002 this bustling French-Mediterranean bistro with a Riviera vibe has enthralled residents of the upper west side and destination diners who came for excellent food and the award winning wine list, which has been awarded a Grand Award from The Wine Spectator for many consecutive years. Now overseen by Chef Eric Starkman lastly of Philadelphia's Townsend, where his work received three bells from Philadelphia Inquirer restaurant critic Craig LaBan, Nice Matin has grown into a full culinary destination as Chef Eric brings his classical training and creativity to the restaurant.
