Restaurateur and Chef Albin Vincent grew up in Kanyakumari, with deep roots in Sri Lanka. His culinary journey is rich with stories from his grandmother, an extraordinary cook, who instilled in him a passion for food from a young age, teaching him the art of traditional Sri Lankan dishes. It has always been his dream to serve these two cuisines side by side, which led to the opening of Lungi.
