What you need to know: Father and daughter pizzaioli Roberto and Giorgia Caporuscio, and Raffaele Tramma  are opening their third family owned restaurant celebrating the art of Neapolitan Pizza. With midtown covered by Don Antonio, and Greenwich Village by Keste, the new location brings their acclaimed pizza making skills to Manhattan's Financial District (FiDi.) The expansive space with windowed doors onto the street, will have 120 seats; aged woods, Amalfi coast ceramics, “Lecce stones” and copper are used throughout the restaurant to emulate the style of the 1800’s, remembering the first Neapolitan Pizzeria. In addition, there will be an on-premise pizza school where the duo will give cooking classes.  With its individual cooking stations, the pair have the opportunity to hold hand's-on classes for adults, children, and host private events (up to 40 people.) For breakfast they will offer sweet traditional pastries, from famed Italian pastry chef Sal De Riso of Pasticceria Sal De Riso on the Amalfi Coast. This is the debut of Chef Riso's desserts in the United States.
