Since opening in 2017, Clay has propelled the drinking and dining scene in Harlem with a hyper-seasonal menu and a craft approach to cocktails, wines and spirits. Just steps away from Harlem landmarks like the Apollo Theater and The Studio Museum, Clay holds deep ties to the community; it took over the space that was once historic Jazz club and restaurant Perk’s Fine Cuisine.
